Avia Willment, Universal marina's owner, is a passionate metre boat sailor. She has admired and raced 6 and 8 metres for some years now and continues to support them on an International scale. It was from this passion the The Metre Shed was born. Many beautiful yachts have been restored under it's cover including prestigious classics & modern racing models. As well as this strong metre boat passion The Metre Shed deals with all aspects of yacht repair, servicing and management, encompassing all types of boats, young and old, timber and GRP, sail and power.
