Marina Office
The marina office is open 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
The office is open from 0730 -1730 during the week and 0800-1700 on the weekends.
Should on any occasion the marina staff be out on site, they can be contacted on Tel. 01489 574272.  This will divert you through to the marina office mobile telephone during office hours.

Visitors’ Berthing
Booking a visitors’ berth at Universal Marina is extremely straightforward. Just call the office & we will reserve a berth for you.  We can take your credit card details over the phone to confirm the booking. For further information please call the marina office on Tel. 01489 574272.

Visitors' Arrival Procedure
Please call the Marina office on Tel. 01489 574272  or VHF channel 80 prior to your arrival at Universal.
If you require assistance on arrival we will be happy to have help waiting for you on the allocated berth.  Please ensure you moor in the precise berth you have been allocated.

On arrival please report to the marina office to settle your bill, or collect a receipt if you have already paid. We will orientate you with the marina’s layout and issue you with a key fob for access to the pontoons and showers.  The key fobs have a re fundable £7 deposit.

HMS Custom Forms
If you are a Non-EU member arriving into, or leaving the UK, you will need to complete a C1331 customs form and present it to the Harbour Master’s office in Warsash. The National ‘yachtline’ is a call centre to report entering or departing yachts to UK.  Tel. 0845 723 1110
