Services & Facilities

Security
Security of the marina site is of the upmost importance to us. A key fob is issued to permanent berth holders, giving them access to the main gate, pontoons and showers. CCTV cameras monitor the marina site, gates and main car park, and security guards visit to patrol the marina at night.
Our marina staff also complete detailed checks on the pontoons every morning to ensure all the boats are safe and undisturbed.

Car Parking
There is ample parking onsite, with dedicated disabled spaces located in the main car park and at the North bridge head gate.

Toilets and Showers
The modern shower and toilet facilities are located centrally on the ground floor of the main office block, opposite the main car park. Other facilities are also located in the Café Lulworth building. These are for the private use of Universal clients only and can be accessed by using the berth holder's key fob. The toilets and showers are cleaned daily during the week & twice daily on weekends.

Laundry
There is a laundry towards the top of site in Hanger 2, please ask marina office for directions. Complete with washer, drier and sink, the machines take £1 and 50 pence coins.
The closest laundry and dry cleaning collection and delivery service is ‘Pressing Needs’ on Tel. 02380 406366.

Trolleys
Trolleys are available from both bridgeheads & by the two main car parks. These are released using a £1 coin.

Gas
Available from marina office.

Fuel
Although not available at Universal Marina, there are 3 fuelling sites on the river Hamble. Swanwick Marina, Port Hamble Marina and Warsash - please view map to locate.

Dogs
Dogs are welcome, and may enjoy the local walks along the tow path, but should be kept on a leash while at the Marina.  Should fouling occur, clean it up!
